Talk to us about your eSIM project

A reply normally comes within one business day. To make that first reply useful rather than a round of questions, include the destinations you care about and the volume you expect — users or cards per month. With those two facts we can usually come back with real numbers instead of a brochure.

Direct channels

Reach us the way that suits you

All four channels land with the same small commercial team. Nothing is routed to a call centre.

WhatsApp

The fastest channel by a wide margin for activation issues and anything live. Send the ICCID or the order reference with your first message and we can start immediately.

Email

Best for rate cards, NDAs, compliance questions and anything you need in writing. Attachments and longer requirements are fine here.

WeChat
ZhuangChengHK

Widely used by partners across Greater China, Japan and Korea. Mention your company name when you add us, otherwise the request may not be accepted.

Business hours

We are based in Hong Kong, so all hours are Hong Kong time (UTC+8). Messages that arrive outside these hours are read the next working morning.

Two paths

Enquiry or order — which one do you want?

They are genuinely different routes, and choosing the right one saves you a week.

I want a costed proposal

Use this when the project is still a discussion. You describe the destinations, the volume range and the commercial model you have in mind; we check network availability, price it properly and send you a written quotation you can take to your finance team.

I want to place an actual order

Use this when you already know roughly what you need. Configure a pilot or a first production order in the order builder — destinations, bundle size, eSIM or physical card, branding — and get a costed summary you can download, print and circulate.

What to include in your message

If your first message covers these six points, we can usually come back with a usable number instead of asking you to fill in a form.

  • Destinations or regions. Country by country if you know them, or a region if you do not — "Southeast Asia plus Japan" is a perfectly good starting point.
  • Expected monthly volume. Users or cards per month, and say whether that is a pilot figure or a steady-state figure. A pilot of 500 and a production run of 50,000 sit in different pricing tiers.
  • eSIM, physical SIM or both. eSIM needs no inventory and no shipping; physical cards carry a per-unit cost and a lead time, and many partners run both for different customer segments.
  • Whether you need white label. Your brand on the handset's network display, your artwork and your packaging, or our standard profile through your own API integration.
  • Your target launch date. Onboarding is typically two to four weeks, and physical card production adds to that. If the date is fixed, say so early — it changes what we recommend.
  • Whether a pilot is required. If your procurement process needs a trial first, tell us and we will structure the first order as a paid or test-credit pilot.

Product updates and new coverage

New destinations, new network partners and platform releases are announced on our channels first — including the markets where a new operator changes the rate on an existing route.

Only the channels we actually run are shown. If a platform is missing here, we are not on it yet rather than the link being broken.

Languages

Support languages

Write to us in whichever of these you are most comfortable with. Commercial and technical support is handled in all five.

  • English
  • 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese)
  • 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)
  • 한국어 (Korean)
  • 日本語 (Japanese)

Partner agreements and legal documents are issued in English. The FAQ on this site is published in seven languages — the five above plus French and Spanish.

Answers before you write

Most first questions — how provisioning works, what happens when a profile fails, how SIM registration rules affect data-only travel plans, and how settlement is handled — are already written up in detail.
