Partner solutions

Wholesale, revenue share, white label or embedded API. Pick the channel programme that matches how you already sell, then set your own retail price on top of our partner rates.

Channel solutions

Built around your segment

One wholesale platform, six ways to bring it to market. Each programme below is a concrete proposition, not a brochure promise.

Travel agencies

Sell a data plan at the moment of booking, or during the pre-departure call when the customer is already thinking about the trip.

  • White-label vouchers and printed cards in your brand
  • A hosted top-up page your agents can open in one click
  • Commission-friendly pricing you control

OTAs, airlines & apps

Embed connectivity as a checkout add-on or a post-booking upsell, without adding operational headcount.

  • Destination-aware bundles generated from the booking
  • Instant QR fulfilment straight into the confirmation email
  • Four API calls, no ops console to learn

Insurance & loyalty

Attach data to a travel policy, a credit card or a membership tier as a genuinely useful benefit.

  • Low unit cost per policy or per tier
  • Redemption codes instead of shipping physical stock
  • Activation data back to you for engagement reporting

Corporate travel

Keep roaming cost predictable for a travelling workforce and take per-trip expense claims out of the process.

  • Consolidated monthly billing under one partner account
  • Usage visibility by traveller and by destination
  • Pre-agreed data allowances per trip

MVNOs & carriers

Add a travel line to your own portfolio without building the wholesale plumbing or signing network deals yourself.

  • Multi-network supply across the coverage list
  • API provisioning behind your own portal
  • Your own Service Provider Name in the handset status bar

Retail & distribution

Stock physical travel SIMs on a shelf or in a chain store, with tiered unit pricing as volume grows.

  • Tiered physical SIM pricing from HK$5 down to HK$3 per card
  • Travel-kit bundles combining a card, data and a guide
  • eSIM alongside physical stock for customers who can use it
Commercial models

Four ways to work with us

The commercial structure is a negotiation, not a form. Most partners start with wholesale and migrate to white label as their volume grows.

Wholesale

You buy data bundles at partner rates and set your own retail price. The widest margin control, and the simplest place to start. Physical SIM cards are priced by volume tier.

Revenue share

We operate the platform, the fulfilment and the support, and we share the margin on what you sell. The lowest operational load on your side.

White label

Your brand, logo and packaging. Our network, provisioning and billing. The customer buys from you and never sees our name.

Embedded / API

We plug into your checkout or app through the partner API. Provisioning, top-ups and usage events run inside your own product.

Model Who buys the data Who sets the retail price What your customer sees Where the platform runs
Wholesale You You Your brand on the voucher or card Our provisioning, your sales process
Revenue share We do Jointly agreed Your brand on a hosted page Our platform, end to end
White label You, at partner rates You Your brand in the handset status bar and on the packaging Our network and billing under your identity
Embedded / API You, per order You Your app or checkout, no separate journey Our API behind your front end

Illustrative comparison. Commercial terms, rate cards and margin splits are confirmed in a signed partner agreement.

A staged commercial path

Start on wholesale, prove the volume and the support load, then move to white label once the numbers justify artwork, packaging and SPN work. The migration is a commercial amendment, not a re-platforming project.

White label

What can actually be customised

White label means these surfaces change. Everything else — the network, the provisioning core, the billing — stays with us.

Surface What changes
SIM card artwork & jacket Full print artwork, in your brand. The physical card is 8.56 cm × 5.30 cm.
Packaging Full page 13 cm × 10 cm; single page 6.5 cm × 10 cm.
Service Provider Name (SPN) The network name shown in the handset status bar. Maximum 8 characters.
Greeting SMS The message a customer receives on first activation.
Balance-check short code *128# to query the remaining balance.
Usage-reminder SMS Sent automatically at 50%, 80% and 100% of bundle data.
Top-up confirmation SMS Confirms a successful recharge on an existing card.
OTP login messages For your own portal or app login flow.
Campaign messages Promotional or service messages to your own customer base.

Message copy is submitted in your brand's tone and language. Some markets require local-language wording or an approved sender name — we confirm that market by market during verification.

Integration

The partner API

Four core operations run the whole commercial lifecycle. Everything else is read access and events around them.

provision

Provision a new eSIM and return the activation details your customer needs.

catalogue

Query the available catalogue: destinations, bundle sizes and the rates your account is entitled to.

addPlan

Add a data plan to an eSIM the customer already holds — a top-up, with nothing shipped.

removePlan

Remove a plan, for a cancelled order or a profile that has to be revoked and returned to inventory.

What surrounds them

  • Catalogue browsing — destinations, bundle sizes and your entitled rates
  • Order creation and retrieval, so a purchase maps to your own order reference
  • ICCID lookup to reconcile a profile against your records
  • Usage retrieval — remaining data and balance on an active plan
  • Activation status, so your support team can answer without escalating
  • Real-time webhooks pushed to your endpoint at 50%, 80% and 100% of bundle data
Documentation is issued during onboarding

Full reference documentation, sandbox credentials and a Postman collection are released to verified partners as part of onboarding. There is no self-service public developer portal — an engineer is named to your account and walks your team through the four calls, the webhook contract and error handling.

Order flow

New purchase or top-up?

Every transaction is one of two things. The distinction matters commercially, because only one of them involves shipping, and only one of them has a deadline attached.

New purchase

A new eSIM, or a new physical SIM card. A physical card requires shipping to your address or your customer's address, with the lead time and cost that implies.

  • New eSIM — provisioned on demand, nothing shipped
  • New physical SIM — manufactured, printed and shipped
  • White-label artwork and packaging applied before dispatch
  • Unit price set by volume tier

Top-up / recharge

An additional data plan added to a card the customer already holds. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery cost and no delivery delay.

  • No shipping, no new inventory, no new ICCID
  • Fulfilled in seconds through the partner API or a hosted page
  • An eSIM can be topped up for up to twelve months after its last usage
  • The natural repeat-revenue event in the relationship
Why the twelve-month window matters

A customer who travels once a year is still inside the top-up window when the next trip is booked. Build the reminder, and a first purchase becomes an annuity rather than a one-off.

Partner programme

Volume tiers and terms

Indicative programme terms from the reseller proposal. The figures are simple: the more cards you commit to, the lower the unit price.

Order quantity SIM card unit price Notes
500 – 4,999 pcs HK$5 Entry tier — the usual starting point for a pilot or a first production run.
5,000 – 19,999 pcs HK$4 Mid tier for an established channel with predictable monthly volume.
20,000+ pcs HK$3 Top tier for retail chains and distribution partners.

Partner deposit

From HK$20,000, credited in full against your first orders. It is a working balance, not a fee.

Grace period

An initial 3 to 6 month grace period on pay-as-you-go terms while the channel ramps up.

Notice period

30 days' written notice before any offer termination or cost revision. No reprice-under-you surprises mid-campaign.

Pilot volume

No minimum guaranteed volume during a pilot. You are not committing to a number before you have data.

Indicative only

These tiers, the deposit and the payment terms are indicative and confirmed in a signed partner agreement. Unit prices apply to physical SIM cards; data is charged separately at the rates shown on the coverage and rates page. Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance.

Onboarding

From signature to first live transaction

Four steps, typically two to four weeks, with test credit so your developers can integrate before you spend anything.

1

Verification

Company registration, a named responsible contact, and your brand assets if you are white-labelling. Market-by-market compliance is checked here.

2

Account & test credit

We open your partner account, agree the commercial model, set the deposit and load test credit for a pilot order.

3

Integration or white label

Integrate the four core API calls, or let our design team produce your SIM artwork, packaging and message copy.

4

Go live

Pilot campaign, agreed support contact and response time, then scale to production volumes with volume-tier pricing.

Two to four weeks typical

Two weeks is achievable when you integrate the API against your own storefront. Four weeks is typical when artwork, packaging and the Service Provider Name are all being produced for the first time.

Pilot programme

Test us before you commit

We would rather earn the volume than ask you to bet on it. A pilot is deliberately small, tightly defined and commercially risk-free.

No minimum guaranteed volume

During a pilot there is no minimum guaranteed volume. If activation rates or support response times do not meet what we promised, you walk away with nothing owed beyond the orders you placed.

What a pilot defines

  • A defined quantity — small enough to be a rounding error in your budget, large enough to be real
  • Defined destinations — the markets your customers actually fly to, not the whole coverage list
  • A defined period — a fixed window with a review date at the end of it
  • No minimum guaranteed volume — no penalty if the pilot does not convert
  • A success measure agreed up front: activation rate, support tickets per hundred, and repeat top-up rate

Which model fits your business?

Tell us your channel, your destinations and your expected volume. We will recommend a model, price it, and set up a pilot if you want to test us first.
